In order to make a digital object (publication) available to all readers of a digital library, the following actions must be taken:
- Readers must be assigned the permission to access published editions, that is, that permission must be assigned to the “Public users” group which defines all logged in and not logged in users.
- The edition of the publication must be published.
- The publication must be assigned to a collection (at least, to the main collection, so that the publication is visible on the web pages of the digital library).
