Descriptive metadata in the dLibra system are created primarily by the editors who enter digital objects. They include such information as: object author, object-related key words, title, data, date of edition, etc. The available default elements are elements of the PLMET schema (compliant with version 1.1. of Dublin Core, which is a popular set of 15 elements used for describing various kinds of resources).
