Administrative metadata in the dLibra system are very extensive, and they often actively engage users (editors and administrators) to create them. The basic information to be entered by those users are access permissions for particular elements of the system (including publications). Other information, such as digital formats of files or users responsible for the modification of an object, are filled in automatically by the dLibra system.
